Main Activity

Showa Day is a Japanese annual holiday held on April 29. Part of Golden Week.It honours the birthday of Emperor Hirohito, the reigning Emperor before, during, and after World War II (from 1926 - 1989).

Bonus Activity

I don't do much on Waitangi day my dad does a BBQ to celebrate but that's pretty much it.

Day 9

Main Activity

For this activity I have Chosen a band called SPAM, SPAM is a 5 man band, why I chose them is because, they are basically a Japanese version of 1 direction.

I couldn't understand the music but it was catchy

Bonus Activity

There are two forms of music recognized to be the oldest forms of traditional Japanese music. They are shōmyō, or Buddhist chanting, and gagaku, or orchestral court music, both of which date to the Nara and Heian periods.

I think out of all the options I choose Cricket Mainly because I used to play but, also because I play softball and crickets the closest thing to it.

Main Activity

Day 6

Main Activity

New Zealand breakfast consists of cereal (especially the iconic Weet-bix for kids) and some toast which is accompanied by a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of juice or milk.

Japanese breakfast mainly consist Toast (including pastries), coffee & fruits.

I think I prefer the traditional kiwi breakfast
Because i'm just so used to having it everyday.

Day 4

Main Activity

I have chosen The Quake as the book i'm taking with me.

Why i'm taking it is because it has a lot thinking involved and it can be a really intense

book a time and i just really like it.

Bonus Activity

After a nuclear fallout

 I looked around the room. nothing seemed unusual, but then SMASH one of the looters heaved a rock through the window.
"There trying to get in!" Yelled Sean
"way to point out the obvious!" screamed Jack as he struggled to get on of the looters off him
Bang! shots fired "everyone down!" Dean shouted
"don't have to tell me twice" said Sean.
Who has the gun "I do said one of the looters ", are you crazy they'll hear us" said the other
I scrunch my face in confusion who will hear us.
screeeeech a loud screaming noise came from outside the chemist "its here run!".
I felt the erg to look over the counter but I wonder if what ever is out there might see me I took the risk and look over, So did every one else "oh no,  its a zombies" said Jack With a squeal.  
"I think that's" a ghoul,
"Whats a ghoul" said Sean
Its a mutation from the radiation there no humanity left in it, it's brain is fried.
"great now we things that kills other things like us for spore" said jack,
a few minutes pass and the ghoul is gone, we should be on our way back to camp said Dean, 
" I agree",
"and quick" said Sean 
as we were walking back to camp
we were talking about things Jack said he "hopes he never runs into one of those again"
that I couldn't agree with him more.

Bonus Activity 

The time it takes to get to you destination all depends on how any planes your taking

to get there, in this case I'm taking a non stop flight from Auckland to Tokyo.

It will take an est time of 12 hours. 

Day 2

Main Activity

For this activity I have chosen Yakushima Island.

I have chosen this island as an attraction because of  its diverse and highly unique ecosystem and beautiful nature.






Feast your eyes on a beautiful sight captured with a time laps lens which created an illusion of what looks like a delicate layer of fog that lays on the water
and, trees that have grown over the stream in a unique way.

I have decided to take my guest to these three locations

1.The blue waters of Lake Pukaki

2. Waitomo's Underground Glowworm Caves

3. Wai-O-Tapu's Geothermal Wonderland

3.The weather of Tokyo in January consist of bleak days.

4.Tokyo is located is on the southeastern part of Honshu, the main island of Japan, which rests in the North Pacific Ocean. 

5.The official (most commonly used) language of Tokyo is Japanese.
